Go to bed with a dream and wake up with a purpose

I really like this quote I have just recently stumbled across. People wake up with plans, inspirations and purposes, but it’s incredible how easily we all get distracted just throughout one single day. I have always had the plan to escape everyday life and see the world from a different perspective.

So after graduating from school and loosening the chains of dependency, I set myself up for my very own personal adventure:
On the 20th of January, I will catch my flight to Mozambique, Africa. I am part of a voluntary service supported by the German development policy, which works towards the promotion of sustainable engagement for the One World as well as international understanding, respect and tolerance. I wish to effectively make use of the time and therefore I’ve decided to spend 12 months in a development cooperation project in Mozambique’s capital Maputo.

I have created this blog to share my

adventures and experiences,
obstacles and challenges,
successes and failures.

The idea is to sensitize people for global problem areas, promote respect and openness for other cultures and call for solidarity.

    Wie wunderbar, deinen Weg in Mozambique durch deinen tollen Blog zu verfolgen. Ich bin schwer beeindruckt und habe das Gefühl, dir bei deinen Erfahrungen zuschauen zu können, du schreibst großartig.
